These Vendor Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your application to and potential use of MySource as a platform to sell your products or services ("Products"). By submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be a legally registered business or individual with the authority to sell your Products. Your Products must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and MySource's Product Guidelines (available upon request). You must provide accurate and truthful information in your application and maintain updated information about your business.
Product Listings
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and non-misleading descriptions, images, and pricing information for your Products. MySource reserves the right to edit or reject any listing that violates its guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.
Orders and Fulfilment
You are responsible for promptly fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner. You must adhere to MySource's shipping and return policies (available upon request). MySource may intervene in order disputes at its discretion.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in your Products. You grant MySource a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your Product images and descriptions for promotional purposes
Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that your Products do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. You represent and warrant that your Products are safe, lawful, and meet quality standards
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MySource harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or your Products.
Termination
MySource may terminate or suspend your vendor account at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice. You may terminate your use of MySource as a vendor at any time by closing your account.
Limitation of Liability
MY SOURCE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
Modifications to Terms
MySource reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, and your continued use of the platform will signify your acceptance.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising will first be handled through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, County Courts will be the means of resolution.
